Your Key Responsibilities:

* Support residents' education, social, and recreational pursuits, fostering independence and life skills.
* Contribute to creating a safe and nurturing environment, managing household duties and providing nutritious meals.
Requirements:
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Certification in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification.
* Driver's license (minimum green P's) and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
