Account Manager (IT MSP)

TJ Microsystems is seeking a tech-savvy Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
As one of North Queensland's leading Managed Services IT Providers, we deliver high-quality IT solutions to a diverse client base.
About the Role
You'll be the primary contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them get the most from our managed IT services.
This role is hands-on and technology-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships for Managed Services Agreements (MSAs), Cloud, Networking and Telephony services.
Advise clients on IT strategy, infrastructure upgrades, and technology roadmaps.
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve service issues and deliver solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve client environments (network, security, cloud migration).
Present and quote IT solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, network hardware, and cybersecurity products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest in IT managed services, cloud platforms, and security trends.
Tech You'll Work With
Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange (Cloud & On-prem)
Network infrastructure: Cisco, Unifi/Ubiquiti
Cybersecurity: Sophos and other leading products
Server and desktop technologies (Windows, Lenovo, HP, Dell)
IT documentation and strategic planning
What We're Looking For
Experience in IT account management or customer success (MSP/IT services preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, organised, and tech-focused
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients
