Handyman/woman – Property Maintenance
GreenMan Property Services, a family-owned business in Mackay, is seeking a skilled Handyperson to deliver high-quality property maintenance for our commercial and residential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Painting, plastering, and door hanging
* Lock repairs and replacements
* Basic carpentry and deck repairs
* Flat-pack furniture assembly
* General property maintenance
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in property maintenance or building repairs
* Minimum 1-2 years of property maintenance or building repairs experience required
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Valid driver's licence
* Physical fitness and safety awareness
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work solo or in a team
* Blue Card and clear Police Check (or ability to obtain)
