**How will I help?**

BT, Australia's leading wealth management provider within the Westpac Group, seeks a **Customer Relations Consultant** to join our thriving call centre team. Since 1969, we have empowered Australians to achieve their financial goals, and you will play a vital role in continuing that legacy.

The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Guide existing and prospective customers, employers, and financial advisors through our comprehensive suite of wealth management products and services.

Deliver exceptional service that fosters trust and exceeds expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Become adept at utilizing multiple computer systems while maintaining clear and engaging conversations with clients.

Develop your financial knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends to provide expert guidance.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards, adhering to all regulations and procedures.
