Join our award-winning architecture firm as an **Operations and Marketing Executive Assistant** in Sydney We're seeking someone with a bubbly, approachable personality who brings warmth and a can-do attitude to every task. If you're detail-oriented, have proven experience in executive assistance and marketing support, we'd love to meet you

**Your Responsibilities**
- Secretarial Assistance_
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across all aspects for the CEO.
- Assist with the CEO's personal matters as required.
- Participate in business development activities, attending client meetings and events, sometimes outside regular working hours.
- Marketing Support_
- Manage company and personal social media accounts, including all postings and updates
- Handle videography, photography, and b-roll, preparing content for social media.
- Provide copywriting and dubbing assistance to meet company needs.
- Office Operations_
- Organize and coordinate office operations, procedures, and resources
- Procure office supplies and personal items for the CEO.
- Answer office phone calls, greet clients, and assist in managing client relationships.
- Perform general office tidying to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Provide support to other directors as needed.

**Your Requirements**
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives.
- Experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, RED, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work and remain accessible outside regular office hours when needed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.

**How to Apply**

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
