Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for all marketing activities related to a number of exciting projects. This involves responsibility for the development and implementation of project-specific marketing plans and strategies.
This position works closely with development managers and sales managers to collaboratively determine the most appropriate strategies, and to ensure that each marketing program is delivered on time, on budget and in keeping with the overall project objectives.
**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**

- All aspects of marketing across area of responsibility
- Development of cost-effective marketing and communication strategies to improve and maintain DevelopmentWA's reputation across relevant projects
- Development and management of project publications
- Development, management and maintenance of specific project marketing budgets
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships across other divisions within DevelopmentWA and with key external project stakeholders
- Working with Media Affairs Manager to maximise media opportunities
- Creating and managing developing marketing objectives, strategies and tactics for allocated DevelopmentWA projects across their area of responsibility
- Develop, informed and creative briefs which align with the corporate marketing strategy and Corporate Business Plan and meet project objectives
- Developing good working relationships with external suppliers e.g. DevelopmentWA's advertising agency and public relations firm
- Be responsible for the development of all materials from creative to sign-off stage
- Deliver successful, cost-effective project marketing activities
- Management and prompt payment of supplier invoices
- For allocated projects brand development and management - brand name, logos, theme-line, vision statement
- Develop and manage advertising strategies and campaigns to meet project objectives
- Sales support materials - vision brochures, sales-based CDs, stationery, design guidelines, posters and display materials, promotional giveaways
- Utilising cost-effective digital marketing channels
- Work closely with the Manager Community Relations to deliver effective community engagement materials
- Provide support and direction in issues management, government, community relations and internal communications

- Experienced marketing practitioner with the ability to work across multiple projects
- Advanced organisational and management skills including working with multiple deadline
- A good understanding of digital marketing technology
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tertiary qualification or degree in a related discipline or five (5) years equivalent experience in a similar position
- Previous experience liaising with the media, writing and editing for a variety of mediums including media releases, speeches and corporate newsletters
- Experience across all areas of the marketing mix with proven success in sales marketing
- Computer literacy in the suite of Office packages
- A current driver's licence and experience in Government operations and the land development industry is highly desirable
- Experience in an organisation with similar values and ethics to DevelopmentWA is highly desirable
