This exciting opportunity offers a 12-month contract with two 12-month extension options.
The successful Service Delivery Manager will bring expertise in service delivery.
The successful Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: Direct and support providers, monitor service quality, and implement improvements.
Maintain the Service Catalogue, SLAs, and OLAs as needed.
Engage stakeholders and share relevant technical and business information.
Ensure compliance with security and change policies, manage incidents, and support continuity planning.
The successful Service Delivery Manager will have experience in the following: Proven ability to lead business process improvements through analysis, design, and implementation of technology-enabled solutions.
Strong service performance monitoring skills, with experience applying service standards and resolving issues.
Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams, allocating tasks, and coaching staff to build capability and collaboration.
Expertise in managing end-to-end technology service delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment across teams.
Experience leading innovation initiatives and managing service delivery pipelines, including SLA negotiation and scalable service design.
