Fishing Retail Attendant – Full Time (9:00am–5:00pm)

Motackle is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fishing Retail Attendant to join our team at our Coffs Harbour store. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong fishing knowledge who enjoys providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the right gear for their needs.
Availability to work both weekdays and weekends is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and expert fishing advice
* Assist customers with product selection across fishing gear and accessories
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and stock levels
* Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling
* Work collaboratively as part of a positive and motivated team
About You
* Must have fishing knowledge and or genuine passion for fishing
* Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management and organisational abilities
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and a team-focused attitude
* Available to work weekdays and weekends
* Must possess Australian work rights for this position
