Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and administer Property Divestment activities related to divestments for CRN land and premises.
This involves collaborating within a small team to support the delivery of land divestment and disposal programs.
The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and delivering property divestments in line with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documentation, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the development and implementation of disposal strategies.
This position requires providing support for internal and external reporting requirements, liaising with facilities teams, and maintaining systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate within a small team to support the delivery of land divestment and disposal programs.
2. Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of property divestments in line with strategic objectives.
3. Prepare and review documentation, including divestment briefs, briefing notes, contracts, and applications required for disposal activities.
4. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and align on divestment activities and strategies.
5. Contribute to the development and implementation of disposal strategies that optimize property outcomes and align with contractual goals.
6. Provide support for internal and external reporting requirements related to divestment activities.
7. Liaise with facilities teams to coordinate and report on asset-related issues affecting divestment outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* 2+ years' experience working in divestments, property development, property transactions, and/or planning experience with Local Councils, NSW planning authorities and approval/planning gateways.
* Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a development assessment or urban planning context.
* Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel, and MS Project) and record management systems to produce reports and record information to required standards.
