About the Role
This is a relief opportunity where you will be required to travel. As the public face of our organization, the Retail Banking Services team delivers a seamless banking experience to millions of customers.
You will have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs including Home Loans and Financial Advice. You will also support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.
Key Responsibilities Include:

* Support customers with enquiries and account maintenance
* Educate and demonstrate our technology and digital banking options
* Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes
