Customer Service Representative
Our bank is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by meeting the needs of our customers across multiple branches.
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with inquiries and providing solutions that meet their needs
* Developing an expert understanding of customers' current and future goals to design solutions that meet their objectives and interests
* Supporting customers in achieving their goals through personalized lending solutions, including exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options
* Embracing a culture of lifelong learning and continuous development to enhance skills and knowledge
This is a part-time position located in various branches across Brisbane, offering flexibility and genuine variety in your work week. The roster is 72 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, with standard starting and finishing times.
Key requirements for this role include:
* Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to switch between tasks and locations on a regular basis
* Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs
* Confidence in communicating with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone
* Ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues
