**Job Summary**
A fleet maintenance administration role that involves data entry and customer service skills. This is a newly created position that offers the opportunity to grow and shape the Fleet Maintenance Administration team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process and maintain all service and repair purchase orders & invoices in a timely manner
* Assist with the vehicle registration processes for assigned region
* General administrative support to the Fleet management with attention to detail
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports
* Dealing with Fleet maintenance service providers
* Liaising with internal stakeholders for assigned region in relation to Fleet & Maintenance activities
**Requirements:**
We are looking for individuals with experience in working in similar administration roles in a fleet, workshop, maintenance environment. Computer skills, especially in MS Office & Fleet management programs, are also essential. Previous data entry experience is required, as well as self-motivation and comfort with a high level of autonomy.
