A small animal practice in Perth is seeking a dedicated vet to step into a clinical leadership role with a clear pathway to becoming a Veterinary Director. Whether you have already gained leadership experience or are eager to learn and take on new responsibilities, this opportunity is tailored to help you achieve your professional goals. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering personalised, professional care to patients and their owners.
- Performing routine consults and surgeries with confidence.
- Applying evidence-based diagnostics, therapies, and treatments.
- Providing follow-up care and education for pet owners.
- Stepping into leadership tasks, including mentoring team members and learning clinic operations.
The practice values building strong relationships with clients and their pets. To provide this, they have 20-minute appointments for vaccinations and wellness checks, and 30-minute appointments for sick patient consultations.
