We are looking for a finance analyst, with exceptional financial modelling skills to join the business and drive strategic decision making.
About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this newly created position will play a critical role in supporting senior team members through transaction analysis, model building, and management reporting. Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and refining financial models to evaluate loans on real estate developments and investment assets.
2. Contributing to investment committee materials, term sheets, and capital-raising documents.
3. Conducting market research and due diligence to support new investment opportunities.
4. Assisting with transaction documentation, loan drawdowns, and ongoing facility management.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline transaction processes and ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
Ideal Profile
1. You will be CA/CPA qualified, coupled with 3+ years industry experience in real estate sectors, investment banking, private equity, or funds management.
2. Advanced financial modelling experience within the property investment space is crucial.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
4. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with keen attention to detail that drives insightful decision-making.
