THE POSITION
Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to every customer
Take accurate orders and anticipate customer needs to provide exceptional service from start to finish.
Collaborate with the back‑of‑house team during peak periods to maintain smooth and efficient operations
Assist with basic food preparation and provide hands‑on support for functions and events as needed

Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude
A proactive work ethic, with the flexibility to adapt and confidently handle multiple tasks
Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded and will be an advantage
