Role details:
* Location: Depot is located in Parkhurst, QLD
* Pay rate: $40.00/hr + penalties
* Roster: Monday – Friday roster
* Hours: Must be available between 6:00am and 4:00pm (Shift durations range from 4 to 10 hours)
* Type: Casual role with potential for permanent placement
What you'll be doing:
* Operating machinery including excavators, loaders, rollers, and more
* Conducting pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and cleaning of equipment
* Reading and interpreting site plans, levels, and job specifications
* Assisting with trenching, backfilling, compaction, and material movement
* Supporting site setup and collaborating with team members to meet daily targets
* Reporting hazards, incidents, and maintenance issues promptly
* Upholding WHS and environmental procedures at all times
What we're looking for:
* Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
* Current Driver's Licence
* Operator Tickets (e.g., Excavator, Roller, Moxy, Loader, Grader)
* Must be able to pass regular Drug & Alcohol testing
