About the Opportunity
We have an exciting and diverse opportunity for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to join our growing team on a Full-Time basis. You will be assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centered approach, focusing on health and well-being. You'll be managing a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW and ACT, Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments.
Physiotherapists play a crucial role at Beneco due to their expertise in human anatomy, physiology, and the principles of exercise science. At Beneco, Physios will assess individuals' function via Functional Capacity Assessments and workplace Assessments and utilize these tools to collaborate with treating stakeholders to facilitate an evidence-based recovery.
The role will suit someone who will be able to engage and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

About You

If you enjoy working with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for injured people, and you also have;
* You must hold the same values as us
* You must hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiologist
* AHPRA/ESSA accreditation
* Have a passion for helping people
* Hold a full driver's license and access to own car
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You enjoy working hard but equally enjoy having a good laugh
