Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative (Flow, Process Builder, Formulas) and programmatic tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
Collaborate with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions using Agile methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high system performance and reliability.
Create application and technical design documentation following Salesforce best practices.
Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with internal teams and third-party partners.
Research, recommend, and implement new Salesforce features to enhance system capabilities.
Mentor team members and review code to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Support a 24x7x365 environment, including flexibles hours for critical system support.
Requirements
Certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Platform App Builder (mandatory); Integration Architecture Designer and Sharing & Visibility Designer (desirable).
Experience
Minimum 10 years of CRM development experience, including 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, administration, and best practices.
Experience in medium to large Salesforce Orgs, post-production managed services, and DevOps environments.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Mobile App customization.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and thrive under pressure.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual / home-based environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
