This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to step into a role that offers clear progression toward a Senior Project Coordinator position.
Working alongside a team of experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to complex project environments, supported by structured mentorship and a collaborative culture.
The Role
This position is suited to a capable Project Coordinator who is ready to take on increased responsibility and play a more integral role in project delivery. You will be involved across the full lifecycle of projects, supporting both the commercial and operational aspects while working closely with the Project Manager and broader team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing projects from feasibility through to delivery
* Support procurement processes, including subcontractor scopes and package letting
* Prepare and administer head contracts and subcontract agreements
* Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Assess and process progress claims and variations
* Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance across all stages
* Support programme management and key project milestones
* Contribute to design coordination and project planning

You will ideally have:
* 3–6 years' experience as a Project Coordinator within commercial construction
* Exposure to medium to large-scale projects ($10M+)
* A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or similar
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence working with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
* A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and take on more responsibility
* A genuine interest in progressing into a Senior Project Coordinator role
