About the Role
A leading mining services contractor is launching a major new project and urgently requires a capable Recruitment Advisor to support a surge in blue‐collar hiring. This is a fast‐moving environment where you can make an immediate impact.
This role sits within a supportive recruitment team and reports directly to the Recruitment Lead. The candidate should be available to start ASAP – ideally this week or early next week.
Key Responsibilities
* End‐to‐end recruitment across high‐volume blue‐collar roles (HD Fitters, trades, site‐based roles)
* Managing a high‐pace, high‐volume workflow
* Working closely with a team of 4
About You
* Strong experience in blue‐collar recruitment or high‐volume recruitment
* Confident, capable, and able to deliver quickly
* Comfortable in fast‐paced, high‐volume environments
* Able to work onsite full‐time
* Interested in a temp‐to‐perm opportunity if the alignment is right
