An industry leading Warehousing and Distribution company are seeking a senior Work Health & Safety Manager to join their team located in Sydney's Southwest. To be successful in this role you must be able to follow and exceed in the following roles and responsibilities: Developing, implementing and reviewing plans, processes and policies that increase safety. Controlling and mitigating workplace hazards and risks. Ensuring operational compliance with relevant health and safety acts and legislation. Advocating for health and safety in organizational policy. Staying updated with changes to health and safety acts, legislations and awards. Managing Safety Committee, Health and Safety Officers and other staff. Inspecting and auditing workplaces, processes and equipment for safety and compliance. Reporting and managing incidents and safety breaches. About you: First Aid Certificate Fire Warden Certificate Diploma of WHS/OHS Strong understanding of legislation Mandatory 3-5+ years within the warehouse and logistics industry If you are driven and passionate in excelling within the industry, we would love to hear from you.
