Administration Assistant & Receptionist

6-month contract - Brisbane Inner Suburbs

Pay: $36 - $40 per hour + Super | Part-time: 25-30 hours per week | Flexible working days | Potential for extension

Join a professional, friendly team providing essential administrative and reception support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview:

You'll be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly by managing front-of-house duties and providing administrative support across the team. From greeting visitors and handling correspondence to assisting with documentation and scheduling, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general reception coverage and handle administrative tasks as required
* Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for the team
* Maintain accurate records and client files
* Support the preparation and collation of documents and reports
* Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and other general accounts support
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders as required
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative work

About You:

* Previous administrative or reception experience (professional services environment ideal but not essential)
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication, both verbal and written
* A team player who's approachable, reliable, and eager to learn
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable adapting to new systems

The Offer:

* Part-time hours/week) with flexibility on days
* $36-$40 per hour + Super
* Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension
