About the role
As the Office Manager / Contracts Administrator at Mint Design and Build, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations. This full-time position is based in our Broome, WA office and will involve managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as overseeing the contracts and compliance requirements for our dynamic and growing design and construction business.

About you (Skills and Experience)
* Proven experience in an office management or contracts administration role, ideally within the construction or design industry.
* You will have a demonstrated ability in being methodical and systems orientated (without losing your ability to be adaptable and welcoming to new ideas).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and the wider team.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
* A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
* Tertiary qualifications in business administration, contracts management, or a related field would be highly regarded.
* You will have a current driver's license and be eligible to work in Australia.

Hours of Work & Renumeration
We are offering a completely negotiable employment package for the suitable applicant and are open to both part time and full-time employment options with flexible working hours.
Please note that this role is a Broome based office position and working from home options are not applicable for this position.
Salary negotiable for the suitable applicant.
