Deliver Excellent Customer Service as a Fleet Driver
The team responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs to over 100,000 customers seeks a skilled driver.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and deliver vehicles within agreed timescales while providing exceptional customer service on collection and delivery.
* Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, following established procedures.
* Document any damage or issues through digital photographs and customer signatures.
* Identify defects during loading/unloading or handover and escalate to the Production Manager as needed.
Requirements:
* Full-time position (45 hours/week).
* Valid HGV Class C driver's license.
* Previous experience driving HGV Class 2 vehicles.
* Excellent customer-focused handling skills.
* Familiarity with the local area.
* Current valid driving license meeting fleet insurance requirements.
