About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to work on bottle filling and packaging line for our fast-growing car and marine cleaning brand. This is not a desk job. You'll be working on the floor, running the machines, setting production targets, and helping train the team as we scale.
This role suits someone who enjoys machinery, problem-solving, and being part of a growing business where you can take ownership and grow with the company.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the daily operation of our chemical filling and packaging line
* Setting weekly production targets and making sure they're hit
* Running and maintaining bottle filling, capping, and labelling machines
* Servicing and troubleshooting equipment to minimise downtime
* Training and developing team members on the line
* Working alongside the team to ensure smooth and efficient production
* Managing workflow, stock levels, and production scheduling
* Improving processes and driving efficiency across the line
* Operating forklifts and handling pallets and materials
Bonus Structure (Weekly KPI Based)
We reward performance and production:
* Hit weekly production target = $100 bonus
* Exceed target = $150 bonus
This is paid weekly on top of your hourly rate.
What We're Looking For
* Hands-on and practical with machinery and production environments
* Experience with filling, packaging, or manufacturing preferred
* Experience with labelling or automated equipment is a bonus
* Mechanical mindset and strong problem-solving ability
* Forklift licence (required)
* Quick learner and reliable
* Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
* Strong work ethic and accountability

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
