We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our accounts team to support our financial management across multiple entities.
Overview
The Contractor Growth Manager drives contractor acquisition across Australia and New Zealand markets. This role develops growth strategies, manages the acquisition pipeline, and achieves monthly KPIs. Key responsibilities include lead generation, application processing, and ensuring successful contractor onboarding. The ideal candidate is results-driven with experience in building acquisition funnels and managing high-volume recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition Strategy & Pipeline Management
* Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract qualified Laundry Ladies and Lads across Australian and New Zealand markets, focusing on funnel creation and lead generation.
* Pipeline Management: Build and manage contractor acquisition pipelines to growth targets, optimising conversion rates at each stage.
* Market Analysis: Identify expansion opportunities, geographic gaps and oversupply areas, reporting on market capacity, saturation and growth potential.
* Lead Generation: Execute campaigns through job boards, community networks, social media, recruitment events, partnerships, and referral programs.
* Application Processing: Review, triage and process high volumes of contractor applications, conducting initial screening and assessment for suitability.
* Interview Support: Provide overflow support for 1:1 intro calls and application vetting when required to achieve monthly KPIs
* Competitive Intelligence: Research market positioning and competitor recruitment activities to inform acquisition strategies.
* Onboarding Oversight: Monitor successful transition of approved contractors through onboarding and identifying barriers to successful onboarding.
Collaboration & Reporting
* Ads Performance Insights: Provide weekly insights and performance data to the ads team, including lead metrics, conversion rates by channel, and regional performance to optimise ad campaigns and improve cost-effectiveness.
* Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure social media, SEO and digital content aligns with acquisition strategies.
* Event & Partnership Management: Plan and attend recruitment events to establish relationships with job boards, employment agencies, and community organisations to expand acquisition channels.
* KPI Management: Track and report on acquisition metrics including enquiry volumes, application rates, conversion funnels, cost-per-acquisition
* Process Improvement: Continuously refine application procedures to reduce friction while maintaining quality standards.
* Waitlist Management: Maintain and nurture waitlisted candidates, implementing re-engagement strategies for qualified leads.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the onboarding team to identify and address factors impacting successful contractor retention.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in business development, or recruitment acquisition
* Proven track record in building and managing acquisition funnels with measurable results
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions and reports
* Understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics and supply-demand balance
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
* Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment markets and cultural differences
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with digital marketing channels and campaign management
