Dispute Resolution Specialist

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a sound understanding of GICOP and the AFCA complaints process. They will also have previous experience in complaints resolution, ideally within insurance or financial services, and be able to manage sensitive and complex cases with ease.
The successful candidate will work closely with AFCA case managers and underwriters to progress matters, obtain relevant documentation, and adhere to key deadlines. They will also be responsible for producing clear and well-articulated written submissions, while maintaining transparent communication with all parties throughout the process.
