About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across the Max Mara Fashion Group portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will assist with the coordination of campaigns, events, partnerships and day-to-day marketing activities. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the luxury landscape, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and a refined attention to detail.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 1-2 years of marketing experience who is looking to build their career within a globally recognised luxury fashion group.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of local and regional marketing strategies in line with global brand direction and standards.
• Assist in the organisation and execution of client events, brand activations, partnerships, and instore experiences.
• Coordinate with internal departments ensure seamless campaign execution
• Act as a key point of contact for external partners, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines and project trackers.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoice processing and marketing budget administration.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports and campaign recaps.
• Ensure brand consistency and exceptional attention to detail across all marketing materials and customer-facing communications.

Skills & Experience

• Approximately 1- 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications or coordinator role.
• Experience within luxury fashion, beauty, retail, hospitality or premium brands is advantageous.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience in building presentations and reports.
• A genuine interest in luxury fashion, branding and customer experience.
