About The Role
We’re looking for a seasoned Technical Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce to join our team on a short-term contract. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of technical outcomes, and deliver impactful solutions from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead solution architecture and design across Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Voice, Omni-Channel, Salesforce Digital Engagement, and AWS Connect.
* Provide hands-on leadership, designing and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Present and articulate architecture solutions at Architecture Review Board (ARB) forums when required.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project integration and delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience architecting and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
* Strong knowledge of technical architecture, solution design, and integration patterns.
* Hands-on experience with:
o Salesforce Service Cloud
o Salesforce Voice
o Omni-Channel
o Salesforce Digital Engagement
o AWS Connect (Voice)
* Ability to operate autonomously and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in technical forums such as ARBs.
Nice to Have
* Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., wagering, finance, banking, insurance) is highly regarded but not essential.
