Job Description
We are seeking a Contract Governance Professional to manage our contracts and agreements. This role will play an integral part in developing a contract governance framework that aligns with government standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive contract management system.
* Administer the Qcontracts system and ensure all relevant documentation is uploaded and up-to-date.
* Collaborate with contract managers to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for contract monitoring and evaluation.
* Support innovation across the health service by implementing new ideas and strategies to improve patient outcomes.
* Develop and maintain a knowledge database of supplier markets and negotiate long-term agreements.
* Effectively manage significant contracts and monitor performance to ensure services are delivered as specified.
* Analyse and monitor performance outcomes, indicators, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of government and legislative processes.
* Experience in implementing contract and supplier management strategies and techniques.
* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with experience in consultation, negotiation, and liaison.
* Leadership skills prioritizing quality, safety, and risk.
