About the role
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead Millies Fish & Chips location in Paradise Point, Queensland. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales and profitability. This is a full-time role based on-site in Paradise Point.
What you'll be doing
* Managing and leading a team of customer service and kitchen staff to deliver a high-quality dining experience
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to health and safety standards
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve store performance, increase customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth
* Communicate with Owner to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures
* Fostering a positive and productive work environment for the team
* Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise in a timely and effective manner
* Training team members of all ages in all aspects of the business operations
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably within the food and beverage sector
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences
* Proficient in cash handling, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services
* Qualified or experience Chef to control kitchen operations
