As Princes Court Independent Living Village takes the next step in our growth journey, we are looking for a well-rounded, adaptable individual with a comprehensive range of skills to join our team. This is a varied role that will see you supporting both office and operational functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities. Additionally, as the designated point of contact for the village community, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and organisation of events for residents.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
 * To provide welcome orientation for new residents and all administrative requirements including safety alarm connection and release of keys;
 * To organise and foster resident relationships including facilitating and liaison with a social committee, resident activity programs, maintenance of any rules or by-laws, documentation of incidents, complaints or disputes in accordance with the disputes policy;
 * To support the community centre including use by community groups, maintenance of the interior and exterior environment to a high standard of presentation, catering supplies, equipment, appliances, furniture and furnishings;
 * To liaise with approved contractors for routine or urgent maintenance of buildings or equipment;
 * To liaise with the OHS Committee for emergency service procedures and fire drills;
 * Update and maintain office policies and procedures
 * Providing a range of general administrative duties including data entry, processing of orders and filing,
 * Handling incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
 * Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Key Criteria
 * Certificate III in Office Administration (or equivalent).
 * At least 2 years' experience in office administration or reception roles
 * Police Check or NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain
 * Mandatory COVID vaccinations x 2
 * Current Class C Driver's Licence
 * Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands to ensure deadlines are met
 * Competent in the use of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to adapt to new software programs
 * Willing to undertake additional training to maintain competencies
 * Proven creative abilities to initiate and organise social functions
 * A confident, courteous and professional manner
 * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
