The opportunity
The People & Culture Coordinator (Human Resources Coordinator) role sits within our People and Culture team and offers genuine breadth and development for someone with HR administration experience looking to broaden their impact.
You'll manage the day-to-day administrative operations that keep our people function running—triaging the HR mailbox, processing employment forms, maintaining employee records, coordinating induction processes, and preparing contracts and correspondence. You'll be the first point of contact for routine employee and leader queries, escalating more complex matters to our People and Culture Business Partners.
Beyond core administration, you'll support cyclical reporting, contribute to policy reviews and improvements, assist with team projects and rewards programs, and provide operational support across the wider People & Safety function as we scale.
With multiple new locations opening in 2026 and more in the pipeline, you'll be joining at a pivotal growth phase with real opportunity to support our people infrastructure as the business grows.
What you'll gain:
Exposure to the full employee lifecycle in a specialist healthcare environment
Direct stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business
Involvement in P&C projects, policy development, and process improvement
Development pathway within People & Culture with mentorship and on-the-job learning
What do you need to be considered?
You will ideally have prior experience in an HR administration or coordination role within a medium to large organisation, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a track record of managing sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
You're highly organised, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
