Hourly Rate: $ $ $40.55
Shifts Available: 6am to 2pm | 2pm to 10pm | 10pm to 6am
Monday to Friday, ongoing 40h per week on a casual basis
Overtime available
Experience that would be beneficial
* Prior experience in a similar machine operator or production worker role.
* Experience on equipment within the pharmaceutical, cosmetics or food industry will be highly regarded.
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
* Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
What you'll do:
* Perform in-process quality checks including capsule weight, seam integrity, and appearance.
* Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal production efficiency and product quality.
* Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas in accordance with GMP and safety regulations.
* Accurately document production data, batch records, and maintenance logs.
* Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance.
* Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure compliance and minimize downtime.
* Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
You must have unlimited work rights in Australia with no restrictions on working hours or duration of employment.
