The Role
Are you a skilled financial or HR analyst with expertise in remuneration and economic data? This role offers the opportunity to contribute to global workforce planning by reviewing, analysing, and maintaining complex remuneration frameworks across more than 100 overseas missions. You will apply actuarial and market data to guide salary scale decisions, maintain advanced Excel models, and provide strategic, defensible advice in a challenging global context.
Responsibilities
* Conduct annual reviews of global salary scales and non-salary benefits
* Maintain and enhance remuneration analysis models (Excel/PowerQuery)
* Manage procurement and integration of external market data
* Provide strategic advice, risk management and quality assurance in remuneration
Desired Skills and Experience
* Strong technical expertise in HR, finance, actuarial or economics
* Advanced Excel and PowerQuery modelling and data management skills
* Experience analysing remuneration, salary scales, or compensation data
