About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Executive (Customer Service & Administration Assistant) to join our team based in Boolaroo on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the department.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming correspondence (phone calls and emails).
* Monitor email inbox and action requests.
* Address client enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including processing orders and quotes.
* Have in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
* Ensure internal systems are up to date.
* Liaise with other internal teams/departments as required.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
Skills/Experience Required
* Previous experience in a similar role (Customer Service and/or Administration), minimum 2-3 years.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent phone manner.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
* Advanced computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office suite, CRMs).
