Role Description
Hansgrohe Group is seeking a full-time Customer Service & Logistics Administrator to join our team on-site in Abbotsford, VIC.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations by:
* Providing exceptional customer service and professional communication
* Supporting the sales team with administration, order coordination, and data accuracy
* Handling logistics administration, including order scheduling, delivery coordination, and freight communication
* Maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and proactive problem-solving
* Ensuring customers and internal teams receive timely, accurate information across all touchpoints
The successful candidate will be critical in fostering positive customer experiences and supporting the efficiency of our sales and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries
* Process orders, quotes, and product information requests
* Track shipments and provide customers with delivery updates
* Maintain customer records in SAP and C4C
* Support sales team with administration and coordination tasks
* Coordinate order dispatches, deliveries, and freight bookings
* Work closely with our 3PL provider to support deliveries.
* Manage backorders, ETA tracking, and stock availability communication

Qualifications
* Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional experiences
* Experience in logistics coordination, order management, or supply chain admin (highly desirable)
* Proficiency in SAP, C4C, and Microsoft Office (advantageous)
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
* Proactive problem-solver with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
