About The Opportunity
Our Civil Infrastructure team is delivering the Yanco Creek Modernisation Project in south‐west NSW, a key initiative under the Sustainable Diversion Limit Adjustment Mechanism (SDLAM) Program. The project aims to improve environmental water flows and support the long‐term sustainability of the Murray‐Darling Basin. Works include the construction of fully automated and remotely operated regulators, concrete structures, fishways, SCADA systems, access tracks, erosion protection works and associated ancillary works. This is an opportunity to contribute to a project with real environmental impact.
What You'll Bring To The Team
* Experience working as a Project Engineer on civil infrastructure projects, ideally within bulk water or linear infrastructure. Exposure to water infrastructure works such as regulators, weirs, or similar civil structures will be highly regarded
* Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and on‐site coordination
* Experience supporting cost control, forecasting, reporting, and procurement activities
* The ability to work collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach with strong attention to detail
* Confidence communicating clearly on site and contributing to effective decision‐making
