About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Insurance Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving business success.
* This role will involve coordinating and preparing quotes for new business and renewals with precision and efficiency.
* You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service with swift response times and supporting comprehensive account and debtor management to ensure seamless operations.
* Another key aspect of this role will be identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes and cost efficiencies, collecting and analyzing client information to assist brokers in addressing key issues effectively, and ensuring complete accuracy in documentation and policies for both external and internal clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating and preparing quotes for new business and renewals
* Delivering outstanding customer service
* Supporting comprehensive account and debtor management

Requirements
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
* Tier 1 qualification desirable or willingness to complete upon commencement as fully supported by the business
