The Opportunity
The Electrical Maintenance Technician, electrical, plays an important role in our maintenance team with responsibility for ensuring the reliability of our production facility in Swanbank through good engineering management. As the custodian of the Maintenance Program, you will ensure that our assets are secure and reliable, whilst identifying operational improvement opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide high-level and detailed problem solving
- Routine maintenance and calibration of field instrumentation, PLC units and SCADA systems.
- Ensuring integrity of documentation, software, data, systems and SAP data entry is accurate and up to date
- Conduct Asset management activities
- Performs checks to ensure beverage and packaging equipment are in spec and set up correctly
- Development of Manufacturing Team Members through autonomous maintenance coaching
Experience that you will bring:
To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for someone is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude as well as:
- Certificate or Trades qualification in Electrical
- Experience in FMCG beverage manufacturing
- Experience in reliability management
- Lean manufacturing industry experience
