This role plays a crucial part in maintaining academic integrity and upholding student discipline at our institution. As a Student Conduct Officer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and administering student discipline matters in line with university policies and procedures.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Coordinating student appeals according to institute and university guidelines, ensuring a fair and consistent approach;
* Managing misconduct cases for on-campus and partner provider students, demonstrating a commitment to academic integrity;
* Maintaining accurate records for appeals, decisions, and outcomes, showcasing exceptional organizational skills;
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and trust;
