**About the Group**
This group are one of Australia's leading construction companies and are known for their ability to deliver complex, large scale projects. They need a Services Manager to work on a high profile commercial project that will run for the next 3.5 years and be one of Melbourne's most challenging commercial projects.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the design and coordination of all services on the project. You will manage design consultants, work closely with the project manager in relation to the program and resolve design/construction that arise related to services.
**About You**
To be considered for this role you will have worked for a main builder or a services contractor on ideally $100 mil plus projects. You will ideally will have come from a mechanical background and have a proven track record of successfully managing services on complex commercial projects.
