Description
We are looking for a talented Geraldton Branch Manager to join our team specialising in Operational Leadership and Strategic Oversight for our Asia Pacific Distribution Business Segment in Geraldton, Western Australia.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Branch Managers across a defined region to achieve financial, customer, and operational excellence.
* Take full ownership of the Annual Operating Plan, translating strategic objectives into actionable outcomes.
* Use data-driven insights to monitor KPIs including customer satisfaction, P&L performance, asset utilization, and market trends.
* Build long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and local communities to drive growth and brand loyalty.
* Champion Cummins’ Health, Safety and Environmental standards, reinforcing a zero-harm culture across all sites.
* Shape employee engagement and talent development initiatives to foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
* Six Sigma Green Belt or Sponsor certification, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and process excellence.
* Proven leadership experience in managing multi-site operations with accountability for financial and team performance.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of cultivating customer trust and team alignment.
* Demonstrated success managing through change, conflict resolution, and driving engagement under challenging circumstances.
Experience
Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience.
Qualifications
This role is both strategic and tactical. As required it is expected that the Ops Manager can set in and perform basic service and parts role such as discussing scope with customers, creating quotes and invoicing jobs.
