About the Role
This is a leadership position within our deli department, reporting directly to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain exceptional department standards through monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control
* Drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
* Deliver outstanding shopping experiences for customers
* Develop and lead a high-performing team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
Requirements:
* Prior experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments
* Direct/indirect leadership experience with coaching and developing team members
* Familiarity with maintaining excellent standards, including strict audit, food safety, and compliance guidelines
