Customer Service Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Supervisor to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to lead and manage a high-performing customer service team, providing exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. They will also have proven ability to communicate, negotiate and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily workflow and priorities of the customer service team. You will also navigate and resolve complex customer enquiries and escalations effectively and safely.

* foster a positive work culture by supervising and motivating the Customer Service team, providing clear objectives, guidance, and feedback to ensure smooth operations
* collaborate with other teams including Sales, Logistics, and Operations, to seamlessly meet customer demands in line with business resources and objectives
