About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in similar roles, be well-versed in leveraging AI tools to enhance research and data analysis, and be proactive in gathering insights, analyzing trends, and organizing data to drive smarter, more targeted engagement strategies.

* Analyze market trends, industry shifts, and economic data to pinpoint high-potential growth sectors and new opportunities for expansion.
* Conduct in-depth research on existing clients and target companies, including locations, service line needs, key decision-makers, company updates, and business trends.
* Identify new avenues for client engagement within Occupier Services, focusing on opportunities across multiple locations in Asia Pacific.
* Track financials, client activity, and pipeline performance to ensure data-driven decision-making.
* Maintain and update the pursuit database, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, proposals, and next steps.
* Manage CRM data, conduct research on target companies to support meeting preparation, and ensure accurate recording and organization of meeting notes.

* 5+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, business intelligence, or consulting, preferably within real estate or related industries such as finance, consulting, or technology.
* Degree or diploma in real estate, finance, economics would be ideal but not essential if it is offset by relevant experience.
* Proficiency with AI-driven market research platforms or data analytics platforms to enhance data research and analysis is preferred.
* Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate across teams.
* Advanced Microsoft software skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Strong competence and experience in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
