Job Description
We are seeking a passionate trainer who will be responsible for delivering training and assessment for Community Services qualifications from Certificate II to Diploma level. This role involves facilitating engaging learning experiences, conducting competency-based assessments, and supporting students across a variety of settings, including classrooms, workplaces, and online environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years industry or lecturing experience in Community Services, Mental Health, Youth Work, or Family Violence
* Relevant vocational qualifications at or above Diploma level
* A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness/progression towards achieving it
* A minimum qualification required to deliver accredited vocational education and training (VET) as defined by the Registration Standards
* Experience delivering relevant and engaging training in classroom and workplace settings to a diverse range of students
