Job Function:
* Ensure administrative support is provided to site operations in a timely and efficient manner.

* Support training and recruitment initiatives.
* Assist with purchasing, invoicing, and general office duties.

* Data entry and reporting utilizing systems such as SAP.
* Identify employee training and equipment needs.
* Recruitment tasks and new hire requirements.
* Purchasing, invoicing, and general office duties.
* Training records and data collection across sites.
* IT requests and supplier arrangements.
