Position: Digital Systems Coordinator
We are pleased to invite applications for a Digital Systems Coordinator to join the College. In this newly created role, the Digital Systems Coordinator is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational support of the College's digital platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS), Audio-Visual (AV) technologies, and the staged implementation of our new school management system.
This role is integral to ensuring that our systems are effectively integrated into all aspects of the College including teaching, learning, wellbeing and school operations. The Coordinator will act as the central point of contact for system-related queries, training and troubleshooting, and plays a key role in supporting staff through digital transitions and ongoing improvements.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight and operational support of the College's digital platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS), Audio-Visual (AV) technologies, and the new school management system.
Ensure integration of digital systems across teaching, learning, wellbeing and school operations.
Act as the central point of contact for system-related queries, training and troubleshooting.
Support staff through digital transitions and ongoing improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong understanding and proven experience with learning management platforms and AV technologies.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to train and support staff across varied roles within the College.
Experience in an educational setting and familiarity with platforms such as TASS, SIMON and Intellischools.
Knowledge of classroom technology integration and digital pedagogy.
Holder of a valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.
