Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager, based in Chatswood, NSW .
The Senior Marketing Manager will: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement .
Lead ATL and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring full integration across channels.
Work closely with Category, Retail, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and align all activity with company goals.
Present confidently to suppliers, securing co-investment and partnerships .
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
Act as the central marketing coordinator across departments, aligning campaigns with Retail, Sales, and Operations.
Own brand strategy and ATL campaigns (TV, radio, outdoor, sponsorships, activations).
Oversee digital and online channels, ensuring strong integration of paid social, SEM/SEO, content, CRM, and loyalty programs.
Present to suppliers to secure co-investment and build long-term partnerships.
Manage media planning, agency relationships, and supplier-funded activity to maximise ROI.
Report on campaign results, supplier outcomes, and marketing performance .
Qualifications 5+ years' marketing experience, with proven ATL campaign and brand management expertise .
Strong knowledge of digital and online marketing, able to integrate across all channels.
Experience managing and developing a multi-disciplinary team (digital, CRM, brand).
Confidence and presence to influence suppliers and present proposals that secure funding .
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
A balance of strategic planning and roll-up-your-sleeves execution .
Retail, FMCG, or convenience industry background highly regarded.
